At The Trifle Truck Co., a trifle isn’t just a dessert—it’s a layered experience. Each 8oz cup is handcrafted with premium, all-natural ingredients and built layer by layer for the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and nostalgia.
Our trifles feature indulgent combinations like:
Birthday cake – Layers of buttery vanilla cake, house-made vanilla pudding, whipped cream, & all-natural rainbow sprinkles
PB Cup – Rich chocolate cake, silky chocolate pudding, peanut butter, and whipped cream
Dubai Chocolate - Layers of buttery vanilla cake flavored with pistachio syrup, decadent dark chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, and topped with pistachio crumb

How do you go about creating the
perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu starts with understanding the vibe and vision of the event. We take into account the season, the guest list, dietary preferences, and the overall theme to craft a trifle lineup that feels both personal and crowd-pleasing. Whether it’s a romantic wedding, a corporate celebration, or a laid-back backyard party, we offer a mix of our signature flavors alongside seasonal or custom options to match any occasion. We also make sure to include gluten-friendly and vegan choices when needed, so everyone can enjoy something sweet. Our goal is to make the dessert table a highlight of the event—memorable, delicious, and totally picture-worthy.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the joy it brings to others and the connection it brings back to my own roots. I used to make trifles with my grandma, and now I get to share that tradition with both my children and the world—layer by layer. It’s gratifying to see people light up when they try one of our desserts, especially knowing each one is made with that same kind of love. Running The Trifle Truck Co. also gives me the flexibility to make time for my own family, which means everything to me. I get to be present for the sweet moments—both at work and at home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was a mix of passion, purpose, and family. I wanted to turn a family tradition into something bigger—something I could share with my community. Starting The Trifle Truck Co. gave me the chance to build a business rooted in joy, creativity, and connection. It also gave me the freedom to create a life where I could do what I love while making time for the people I love most.
Why should we have you at our event?
Because we’re not just scooping out desserts—we’re serving memories. Anyone can offer something sweet, but we bring the kind of dessert that people talk about long after the event is over. Our trifles feel nostalgic, a little unexpected, and totally photo-worthy. We’re not a cookie-cutter catering option—we’re the cool, dessert-loving friend you didn’t know your event needed. You’ll get a menu that actually fits your vibe, guests who go back for seconds (and thirds), and a service that feels more like family than a food truck.
Can you provide your services online or remotely?
While our trifles are best enjoyed fresh from the truck, we do offer some options for remote or online service depending on the event. For larger orders or special occasions, we can provide pre-packaged trifles for local delivery or pickup. We also offer virtual menu consultations for catered events, weddings, and corporate gatherings, where we help you plan the perfect dessert lineup—even before we roll in. While we’re not shipping trifles (yet!), we’re always happy to find creative ways to bring the sweetness to you.
