Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, the owner of The Trifle Truck Co.!

 

Some of my best childhood memories were made in my grandmother's kitchen spending hours together layering cakes, puddings, whipped cream, and toppings into trifles that quickly became a family favorite. Those moments taught me that desserts aren't just about the food—they're about the people you share them with.

Years later, as a mom, I found myself carrying on those same traditions with my own children. What started as making special memories at home eventually grew into The Trifle Truck Co., a mobile dessert business built on family, connection, and a love of creating something sweet for others.

Every trifle I serve is handcrafted with quality ingredients and made with care. I believe desserts should taste as good as they look, which is why I focus on real flavors and ingredients without artificial dyes or unnecessary shortcuts. Whether you're craving a classic favorite like Peanut Butter Cup or Birthday Cake, or looking for a seasonal, gluten-free, or vegan option, there's always something special on the menu.

One of my favorite parts of this journey is meeting people in the community. From breweries and farmers markets to weddings, birthdays, and local events, I love watching friends and families gather around a dessert, share a laugh, and create memories of their own.
